Claudia Muratori, author of animation shorts films and videomaker. Her creative activity ranges from collaborations with communication agencies, video studios, television and partnerships with directors or authors. Lecturer of the ‘Illustration and Video Illustration’ of New Technologies of Art ‘Visual and Motion Design’ at the Academy of Fine Arts in Urbino 2004/2018. She has published her illustrations for the magazines: Corriere della Sera, Ventiquattro/Il Sole 24 Ore, Edizionizero/Zero2, Diario, Il Manifesto, Mondadori, Lo Straniero, Psychologies/Hachette, Le Magazine Littèraire, Cipria/Sfera Edizioni. Won the International Residénce Permanente competition organized by Studio Folimage in Valence in France with the participation of Canal + and Arte France for the production of an animated short film. Selected in the Italian contest ‘Biennial of Europe of the Mediterranean’ in Rome, in ‘Bologna Childrens Bookfair’ at the Figure Future comics festival in Montreiul/Paris and Flashfumetto in Bologna, where received a special mention. She has made the shorts animation: Dots for Inch, Glitch, Latitude, Plusoumoins, Potentiae, Due, Rouge, Sospesa, presented at the national and international animation and video art festivals, obtaining various awards. Authoresse of the animation ‘La città Incantata’, for the event The Enchanted City – Draftsmen Save the World produced by the Lazio Region and Lazio Film Commission. She realizes the visual animation ‘Il Tempo’ for the reading text broadcast on Report Rai 3 in the last episode of the 2019/2010 season. She creates the initials opening theme of the Popsophia Philosophy Festival ‘Allegria dei Naufragi’ and the Film-Title-Design in the head/tail for the film documentary ‘Shadowgram’ by director Augusto Contento.
