Hana Kukal

Over her three-decade career, she has worked on classical animated series primarily in Ottawa and Toronto, full-length theatrical features and CGI mixed-media series. She has a geology degree from Carlton University and studied Animation at Algonquin College.  She is a well-seasoned character designer, storyboard artist, and Director who remains admired within the international animation community. She has led teams as a Studio Director (Canuck Creations Animation & DHX formerly Decode Ent)  and Animation director on many syndicated series including “Katie & Orbie” and “Dirt Girl World” Canadian/ Australian co-production. Her animation often uncredited has appeared in many well-known animated theatrical features, including “Anastasia”, “Space Jam”, “The King and I”, “Joseph”, and “Osmosis Jones”.
