Julie Zammarchi is an animator, filmmaker, educator based in New England. She has designed, directed, and animated films for all kinds of nice people including Storycorps, Sperry Top-Sider, Sesame Workshop, Smithsonian Institute and HBO. Her films range from the satirical to the lyrical and can sometimes make you cry. She is a Sundance selected, Emmy nominated director who makes deeply felt and visually rich independent films. Julie also teaches students how to learn by doing at the Rhode island School of Design.
