Magda studied Animated Cinema at the Scuola del Libro in Urbino. Author of animated short films, illustrator, teacher of animated cinema, she has collaborated in theatrical productions, short films, fiction, theme songs and commercials. “Ecco, è ora”, First prize at “Castelli Animati” in Rome. “Via Curiel 8” (Mara Cerri/Magda Guidi) winner of the Turin Film Festival, short film section. She recently worked on the films “Ferrante Fever” (G.Durzi-L.Buffoni, animations by Cerri/Guidi) and “Samouni Road” (S.Savona, animations by Simone Massi ), awarded as best documentary at the Cannes Film Festival, 2018. “Sogni al campo” (Mara Cerri/Magda Guidi, 2020) was selected in the Orizzonti section of the 77th Venice International Film Festival, and received a special mention at the “Animateka” Festival in 2020.
